Such a great experience. Left it a last minute however I got a friendly phone call saying they could fit my car in for a towbar. Dropped the car to another friendly face at reception and the work was completed in 1.5hours! Just awesome - highly recommended.
Communication via email was excellent, very thorough and detailed. Onsite the technician arrived early and explained what would happen and the time it would take. I left him to it on my driveway and sure enough all was completed within this time. Before leaving he explained how the wiring was fitted and demonstrated the operation with his test lights. The driveway was left clean and the towbar looks great. I would definitely recommend their Auckland Towbars.
Communication through email was excellent with quick responses throughout. The installer arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. He also demonstrated the wiring had been installed correctly. I’d happily recommend these guys to anyone needing a towbar.
Had a towbar fitted to our Rav4 Hybrid today. Easy to use website for ordering. Great customer service & follow-up. James came to our place to fit the towbar as arranged. Very impressed with the job on my Mitsubishi they ensured that it’s the right tow bar (a removable option also) for the car and even added a bumper around and cap for final finish. Tested the lights with me and showed me how to easy remove if needed. Efficient and friendly quality service and price. Cheers & Thanks again!

A good indicator of a reputable company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. I had a small issue with the wiring connection to my Audi which they came and resolved the very next day with no quibbling. I am a very satisfied customer,

Very happy with the service we had from Auckland Towbars. Everything just worked as we hoped. Easy to contact, to order, the process was well explained and all proceeded to plan. Installation technician Regan made contact before hand, arrived even a bit early, got the job done fast, answered my questions about road safety and trailers, then off he went for the next job.
