   Are we really serving someones hair with the brownie Kapiti Hells Pizza??? And for the price of the brownie I have to ask...where's the rest? Delivery driver was lovely. Brownie is inedible due to human hair contamination. Pizzas nice

   Food was absolute slop. Always late never on time. Frequently get the wrong pizza. When ringing up to talk about it. They don’t care at all. Manager is a joke

   Staff seem under supported , and understaffed. Food was still great- parking is easy. Wheelchair accessible. But head office should look after these guys more.

   A usual regular. This time the order was average. Set a pick up time for one hour out as I was driving from Wellington after work so it would be ready at the same time. I think they cooked it in 15min and left it drying out for the other 45min. The brownee was burnt to the container, it wasn't coming out. Would be one star but the other times we've been are generally good.
