    Went in to Burnsco Albany this morning asking about a barbecue fitting for a Caravan only to be met with no interest and no suggestions as to where I might find it. The guy needs to retire, very unhelpful! I was recommended to try there by someone from Reece, at least they tried to help.

    Not great service really, called in to buy a fridge and there was a sticker on the one we wanted stating to honour the deal from a week or so ago, from 999 to 750. The guy ripped it off in front of us and bluntly said no to honouring it. Didn’t even seem remotely interested in serving us. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

    I didnt know what i wanted in regards to a reel i wanted, a guy that works there was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me find something suitable under my budget which i was extremely happy. He also spooled the reel for me right before closing, very grateful. Staff were chatty while i waited. Love shopping here, the missus not so much haha
