   A guaranteed appointment is very rare at this practice. Doctors and nurses are always on high demand, all year round. The entrance doors open automatically; there are face masks and hand sanitizer available, at the front desk. NB: If you've waited for more than half an hour, let the receptionist know and arriving on time for your appointment is crucial. There is a wheelchair-friendly entrance ramp and a couple of Handicap carpark spaces, available. Downstairs, is a convenient pharmacy where you may pick up your medicines, etc.

   The have the worst receptionist ever compared to Australia. They start calling some family members “THOSE KINDA PEOPLE” like old lady can you please be more respectful of our people But seriously the worst

   Worse experience ever. I called for an appointment like more than 3 times. The receptionist was so rude. She talked like she's arguing idk if she got offended by me asking for an appointment or she just woke up not having any breakfast. She put me on hold for 30 minutes then again I called and she told me to hold on and I was waiting hearing her typing the whole time then called again she told me my doctor is very busy and called again she said called next week then another called she said my doctor isn't working. Then called again she said my doctor will be coming in next month like whaaaaat. Horrible.

   WORST HEALTH SERVICE EVER!!! I started ringing them from last week for my repeats, and those meds I need them everyday. I've gone without my medications for 3 days now and I'm not doing good. I've rung 2-3 times everyday this week and was given the same answers, the nurse will ring you (never happened)/ doctor is too busy to sign for them. Ive explained my health condition and how much I need those medications but the reception lady didn't seem to care at all and was rude. So I'm still waiting

   I rang to organise an appointment for my child and was met with an incredibly rude receptionist spoke over the top of me didn’t let me explain our situation and immediately wanted an argument. So concerning this person is allowed to greet and speak to patients over the phone in this manner. Why is there no feedback and complaint area on website? The centre has not been updating our manage my health records.

   I went there this morning as I hd a heart attack 2weeks ago ang my cardiologist asked me to get a GP near by to be able to monitor my condition. The receptionist was just horrible! She was rude! I had to leave and find somewhere elso to go than have another heart attack because of her. Terrible experience! I
