   Great shop however seems to lack customer service/support with some of the staff. Dealt with a few members while I was there and they seemed disinterested leading to me just searching for the item on their website while in-store. Purchased clothing which I ended up having to return due to sizing -if youre L youll need XXL (no issues with that) however it seemed as though this was a known issue. How about giving the customer a heads up when they make the purchase :). Just thought it was worth mentioning to better the experience. Cheers.

   Went to the front to replace a defective product the senior guy couldn’t be bothered to help and said something like “If it still works it’s fine,” like I paid for some secondhand reject instead of a brand new product. Pretty cold attitude. But the younger staff was quite helpful and did his job.

   Just spoke to staff member Tom about gun cases as this was my first time owning a gun. Only needed a secure single rifle case and he was more than happy to help me out. Seemed to really enjoy his job and had a good conversation. Top stuff

   Bought a whole lot of camping gear from H&F on sale, only for it to be even cheaper the next week. They came to the party and sorted me out with a matching discount! 10/10 for customer care. And top marks for the helpful staff who went out of their way to demonstrate tents out on the lawn.

   Can’t thank the chaps on duty today 20/3 at 4.30pm After a previous phone call to determine if a specific tent was in stock and indeed erected to view, upon my arrival it was clear that was not the case. The guys sprang into action, unpacked and put up the tent I wanted, all the while chatting and joking. I subsequently bought a larger version and while paying one of the guys loaded my tent into my car. 5* service
