   Sandra at SO Travel helped my husband and I to plan our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Canada, Alaska and then Vegas! She took care of all the reservations (including Airline, Cruise and Hotel) and also provided us with an App to keep track of all our reservations and documentation. It was a dream holiday, everything went absolutely smoothly. She also checked in on us regularly to ensure that everything went to plan. Sandra really cares deeply about ensuring that her clients have a perfect holiday. We highly recommend her services and will continue to use her for our future travel needs.

   I can't criticise a single aspect of Sandra's work. She is personable, dedicated, efficient, and generous. We needed last minute flights from NZ to France to visit an unwell family member. Sandra arranged this for us immediately, while simultaneously managing to find very reasonably priced tickets. Timing couldn't have been worse, as we were due to depart when cyclone Gabrielle struck NZ. Flights were disrupted, and Sandra was extremely quick off the mark, ensuring that she rearranged our travel to the closest possible time while minimising risk of further cancellations, and minimising the costs of rebooking. Not only that, but she offered us accommodation under her own roof due to the uncertainty of the cyclone and subsequent delay of our departure (we live out of town). She also checked that we had arrived safely at our destination once we could eventually fly. I wouldn't hesitate booking travel through Sandra again in the future.
