I had a poor experience. Appointments were cut shorter than they were booked for and I did not feel listened to.
Casey was very thoughtful and knew when I needed to take a break. She was caring and empathetic during my assessment.
Our family has just completed testing for Autism & ADHD with Casey at Switch Psychology. It was an incredibly positive experience for both our 9 year old Son, and us as parents. The whole process was extremely thorough which I was very pleased with given a diagnoses can stay with you for life. The broad range of tests, interviews, meetings, school visits etc made us feel extremely confident the proper diagnoses had been made. It was not a rushed process… that was important. Casey was exceptionally kind, empathetic, responsive, professional and genuinely wonderful deal with. Office Manager Kieran was wonderful at keeping things easy and ensuring I knew what testing was needed when, adjusting appointments and answering my questions. Our family would absolutely recommend Casey and her Autism/ADHD serves for any family that is wanting a comprehensive, professional and positive assessment experience. Thank you for all your help it was wonderful.
We found Casey through google reviews and got feedback from other parents in similar situation before engaging. Throughout the assessment process she provided us with the information and support we needed. I found her compassionate and articulate, with a high level of understanding. Absolutely recommend her for any parent who has had difficulty getting correct diagnosis or just starting to investigate this and wanting to find a way forward for their child.
I took my son to see Casey to help with a memory he'd been struggling with and she suggested EMDR to help with this. I'd never heard about it before but I was happy to give it a go. Casey was excellent and just after one session, we noticed a huge difference. I would highly recommend Casey and so would my son - he says that she made him feel "good and happy"!
