   Sam and the team at West City Fastlube are great to deal with. My Dad has been using them for years and i have used them more so in recent years too as my cars are not as new as they once were. They are happy to take the time to listen and then go the extra mile to make sure your cars are taken care. They are able to provide multiple options on repairs and dont just use the cheapest parts possible. I had a failure recently and had to get the car towed over to them as i wasnt comfortable driving the car with the unhealthy sounds it was making. The team was able to diagnose the issuse, get parts in and fitted within 24hrs! They are also able to offer solid advice on cars, not only repairs or common issues, but also when looking and new cars too. I highly recommend West City Fastlube and Mechanical.

   Sam is very helpful, friendly and professional. I’ve been seeing her and Gilbert for years with many different cars. They are always available to help with any urgent matters which has been a life saver over the years. Sam is very thorough at finding out the problem and fixing it. As well as keeping you booked in for regular services. Highly recommend them and haven’t gone anywhere else in 25yrs.
