   WEI, the taekwondo instructor, is excellent with children and has a kid-friendly approach. He conducts fun and friendly classes that help build the kids' confidence. I've noticed a considerable boost in my daughter's confidence, and she thoroughly enjoys the classes.

   Courage ITF Taekwon-Do is an excellent dojang. My kids 9 & 12 recently joined after a recommendation from a friend when we were looking at martial arts. Both kids are thoroughly enjoying it, learning a lot about taekwondo and broader culture and getting incredibly fit. They have also grown alot in confidence. Mr Wren creates a wonderful and inclusive culture and teaches values of respect, discipline, work ethic through demonstrating these values. The self defence teachings have been especially important.
