No haste at all. Item just shipped across wellington and no delivery for 3 days despite saying "on board for delivery" in my area for the past two days and now they are closing down for a long weekend. Never use these guys.
The customer service in the office is outstanding. I knew my boxes were arriving but hadn't been scanned in for pick up yet, but I went anyway. The friendly staff member, after calling the warehouse and having no luck, put on the hi vis and went and looked herself. She came back with my items in 10 minutes or so. After so many courier companies have shut doors for pick up and drop off, this is excellent service. Old school good face to face help and result!
I would like to say a big shout out to Glen who found my purse which my Mum had given to me. There are not that many people who go out of their way to be as honest as Glen and I really appreciate that he did this for me. Also a big shout out to Robyn who dropped off my purse on her way home. What a fabulous team of kind and caring people.
Extremely disappointing experience. Post Haste lost my urgent airfreight parcel, and the entire communication process was frustrating and unprofessional. They never replied to my emails, and I had to call four times just to follow up — every call felt unpleasant. The same woman answered my first two calls, and her attitude was very cold, rushed, and completely lacking empathy. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking, which felt disrespectful and unhelpful. Overall, their tone was impatient and robotic, as if they were in a hurry and couldn’t be bothered. To make matters worse, the way they handled the situation was slow and passive, showing no initiative to resolve the issue. If I could give negative stars, I wouldn’t even leave one. Definitely do not recommend.
Nikhil Sinha of Post Haste Couriers, Wellington had the unenviable task of becoming the go to person for an elderly business woman who is somewhat technologically challenged. I had reason to become dissatisfied with my previous courier and needed to change. Nikhil was unfailing patient and supportive and explained everything needed in the changeover in detail. It is entirely due to his prompt and clearly explained responses whilst staying cheerful and positive that gave me the confidence to make the switch to Post Haste. I have not been disappointed. With the 'paperwork' attended to, I was curious to see if that efficiency and reliability extended to the person doing the actual pick up. I have not been disappointed. Pick ups of my parcels have been on time and delivered promptly - well within the timeframe indicated. Post Haste I am a very satisfied customer!
Best service. Great effort to track down address from Business name only. Who would have thought people post things with business name only. Great work and thank you.
Save some hassle and use someone else. Ordered an overnight service and took 4 days to get to its destination. Tried for another overnight service on a different occasion and its been 7 days and STILL waiting - absolutely hopeless from both service centers. I am a reasonable business person who understands delays like weather, staff sicknesses / shortages so a day or two over in this day and age is moderately acceptable NOT this long. This is borderline incompetence. Will not be using again for this service.
Parcel arrived in Wellington last week, no delivery yet. Judging by reviews it is not uncommon for an item to sit with the courier delivery for a couple days even though its arrived at the city destination. Post Haste should just disolve and leave the job to NZ Post.
Awful service, worst of all courier companies. Actually really like my courier driver but the delivery timeframe was inexcusable. I ordered on 13/6, it was collected on 14/6, and finally delivered 24/6. There were no delivery updates, the contact centre was indifferent, dismissive & rude - she didn’t listen & kept talking over me. Will make a point of querying which postal service any online shop uses before placing future orders.
This is the only courier company that leaves my parcel at the wrong address every single time...all the other companies and delivery people understand my very clear+simple instructions, but post-haste seem to love making me play treasure hunt to find my mail. Lucky my neighbours are cool so don't steal my mail and I can call someone else to come lift them down the stairs once I've figured out where the incompetent courier has left it. I only buy anything that uses post-haste if there is no other option
