   I purhased escooter. I took it home &realized GPS has been disconnected and removed. The I.D plate has been removed so it has no model number. No brand or manufacturers labels. Comes capable with 3 modes of speed....but due to software or GPS removal it can only go slow on the lowest. Cannot be updated either. Things don't add up .approached tge store and manager about our issues. She was defensive, interrupted me as I spoke. Rolled her eyes. She told me it's my problem if it's stolen rolled her eyes. Poor attitude. No emotional regulation. He vibe and aura said "I hate my miserable self" the junior staff were fantastic but it was difficult to get resolve. There is something wrong with this store. Attitude...Goods...low quality.

   Ive bn going here for a while now and the customer service is amazing. Such lovely workers to always talk to whenever i come in and they always play good music. I dont remember the workers name but she went out of her way to help me look for a laptop and was so patient with me.

   Worst store in Auckland cheating people very rude staff better go for some other store They listed a I pad pro 256 gb for $999 last month and this month same item they listed as iPad Air 5th gen for $899 if we ask any questions to staff they just ignore like they don’t care

   Absolute Rip Offs. The lady at cash converters today only wanted to pay $400 for a loan or $700 if I sold them my S23 Ultra 512GB phone. Its less than 6 months old. Been in a wallet case with a privacy screen protector so the phone is in immaculate condition still. Purchased from JB Hi-Fi for $2649 which I provided the receipt for. The audacity of the lady to offer such a small amount trying to make a 300+ % profit? What an absolute joke!!!

   Omg .. I nearly was going to lose my stuff if I Ddnt pay $$$$ dollars on the roll over date time .. i had to call back in to enquire again because the new girl at the store got my loan roll over date wrong .. Il get my stuff out this week scary as stuff there my items sentimental value unreplacable .. they are history and I go there afew times . No more .. and too the other girl that arnswered the 2nd time I rang and thought it was nothing to pay an extra few hundreds as you think I’m a millionaire to the new girls fault .. you need to get fired along with the new girl bye !
