Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Her nutrition support along with reflexology massage is a great combo.
My skin has complete changed since going to Sarah. The texture is much smoother, the redness has reduced significantly, and breakouts have almost completely stopped. I’ve also lived with chronic fatigue for over 10 years, and with Sarah’s guidance on diet and supporting my gut health, my energy levels have improved significantly. I did not expect this to happen so I am extremely thankful, it's made such a difference to my day to day life. On top of this, her facials are a really lovely and relaxing experience.
I’ve been working with Sarah for just over 2 months now and I have seen such a huge difference in my skin (originally went to her after dealing with acne for years)! I’ve seen multiple people (nutritionists, facialists etc) and nothing has ever worked as well as Sarah’s approach. It tackles what’s going on internally and complimented by topical treatments which have been a dream. She has a wealth of knowledge and even though there are so many changes I could make, she’s practical and helps me focus on making the changes that will have the biggest impact. It is expensive but I only wish I had found Sarah earlier and not wasted my money on seeing other people who were either focussing on just internal or just external. Just had the most delicious reflexology facial from Sarah - total bliss and healing for the whole body. As always, Sarah attends to your skin as an individual landscape and provides the treatment to your needs of the day. Highly recommend!
Sarah goes above and beyond to get to the heart of any skin issues, its not just topical and selling you products, she gives all round advice to treat the cause. She's incredibly knowledgeable and gives such a nice relaxing facial, highly recommend you go see her for yourself!
