   Sarah was my orthodontist from 2016-2018 as I needed full metal braces in preparation for jaw surgery. I returned in late 2024 to fix a gap that opened up in my bottom teeth due to my retainer coming unstuck. Both times I had a great experience. Sarah is so friendly, thorough, and professional. She’s also incredibly efficient, which is important when you’re attending appointments in between work! My teeth look great and I’m really happy. Highly recommend to all.

   Such a lovely, clean and modern space. Going to the dentist or orthodontist can be an anxious and worrying time but I felt comfortable and at ease walking in here. Dr Sarah Ting is amazing, she communicates well, explains things clearly, is thorough and effective, and completely made me feel less stress and worried as we made a plan for my teeth going forward. She understands and I didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. I would recommend her to family & friends in a heart beat!

   ago Best Orthodontist in New Zealand! Dr Sarah Ting and Merrin are very personable and great at communication. I have a 3 year orthodontic treatment due to a severe underbite and had to undergo jaw surgery because of it. Dr Ting did an excellent job of organising everything with the surgeon and made sure my bite is perfect. I love how my teeth look now after previously not being able to bite properly etc. I had a very complicated case due to my crooked teeth and severe underbite and Dr Ting made my teeth look absolutely perfect!!! When I had any sort of emergency with my braces, she would book me in the same day or the next day!! Best orthodontist in Wellington and would highly recommend her. She does ALL of the braces, retainers and wiring herself so you are getting first class treatment from a first class orthodontist - Felicia

   Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Her dental assistant is lovely too. I’m sure Merrin (receptionist) is normally great, I must have caught her on an off day as she was rather impatient and harsh. After settling up with her, I felt very upset leaving the practice.

   I have been a patient of Sarah for over two years now and I am extremely happy with the treatment she provides, I actually look forward to my appointments. I can tell that Sarah wants to provide the best possible result regarding my treatment I feel that any other treatment provider would have possibly taken my braces off me now as to me my teeth now look perfect but Sarah noticed minor things (that I didn't even notice) that she knew she could fix. I would recommend Sarah to anyone, Thank you Sarah I will be forever grateful for her fixing my teeth.
