Your hair dressers desperately need training on techniques and colour. When I was last there a few years back, the stylist gave me a horrendous orange lookin colour (at Wellington cbd prices!!) and a blunt fringe the was crooked! More recently, you gave my mother’s hair a mullet! She wanted to grow her curls and one of your stylist ended up cutting it short on top and leaving the bottoms- it looked absolutely ridiculous. I’m all for supporting local but a salon should also be receiving regular professional development.
