   Lovely homeware however I have never had such terrible customer service, has left me very upset. As you can see from other comments, they need to make some changes. Would recommend to shop online if you wish to shop here. Stating that I was aggressive is defamation to my character and the person I am. When I went into the store, I was met with rudeness and no assistance, hence the forward response. After this incident, I received an email stating free delivery would be offered under normal circumstances to compensate for the delay but was not offered in this case despite paying the $1500 deposit nearly six months prior and receiving no update (eventually this was given, after forwarding this email to management). The response from my review is the first apology I have personally received. Working in customer service and retail for many years, I know first-hand the difficulties and challenges, especially with covid; however, empathy and manners go a long way when dealing with communication breakdown.
