The owner James is absolutely terrible at business. I emailed him and sent pictures of my TV that I wanted to sell and he sent me a price via email. I then called him a few days later if the price still stands and he said he may offer the same price. I told him I am coming from 40mins away and if I am to bring the TV, takes time and petrol since it's a big 55 inch TV. When I get there he looks at the TV and is happy with the condition. Then he goes on his computer and can't seem to give me a good enough reason to not buy the TV from me. He says nobody is selling the TV online so he can't find the price. Well obviously nobody would be selling a 2 year old TV brand new!! The point is, he gave me a price and I even called him to double check before I came. He could have done his research without me coming to the store and wasting my time and petrol especially since the condition of the TV was exactly how I described it. Big waste of time and definitely poor customer service. Highly would NOT recommend this guy and highly wouldn't want anyone to have their time wasted by this guy. Hardly any reviews on Google just shows how much of a waste of time business this is. Wish I could give this guy 0 stars.
