   I honestly loved my experience with Jo from the moment I walked through the door. I loved her whole approach and the way she genuinely takes an interest in knowing what you desire aswell offering her trusted opinion. This was my first visit and it certainly won't be my last. Let's not even get started on the gorgeous space she has created!! I cannot wait to continue on this hair journey with Jomi!    Finally I've found a hair dresser in Wellington! So I wanted to write a review and hopefully save others from potentially years of trying different places. Honestly, my haircut at Jomi was one of the best haircut/ hair experiences I've had! For starters, everyone there is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I received an amazing haircut that made the most of my wavey curls and was able to have a clear conversation about what I wanted while also leaving some room for advice on what would suit me best. It has been a few months now and I still don't feel like I need to go back for a trim until November sometime (unlike the haircut I had somewhere else before this one which lasted a couple of months before I felt like I needed another trim). Second, the products are amazing! It's like a facial for your hair! And third, the atmosphere is very relaxing, cozy and fresh. Haircuts for me are a time to relax and unwind so atmosphere is a thing I care about when looking for a place. As soon as I stepped into Jomi I felt relaxed and comfortable. I really couldn't recommend this salon enough!

   Love the team at Jomi! Have had fabulous cuts and colours from both Jo and Alice. Jo is a whiz with sleek colours and stylish cuts and Alice has given me the shaggy mullet cut of my dreams and some awesome creative colours. They're super welcoming and great at doing a full consultation then making your vision a reality. Georgie gives fabulous head massages and is super knowledgeable about which of their extensive product range will be suit your hair.

   I had an amazing experience at Jomi! Usually Jo cuts my fringe perfectly, but yesterday I met Alice for a haircut. I felt comfortable, heard and understood since the very beginning. Alice perfectly understood what I wanted and I had complete trust! I am so happy for how it turned out! One of the best experiences I've ever had!

   Georgia & Jo are the kindest stylists i’ve ever met. not only were they super helpful in guiding me through what my steps are to get my hair as healthy as possible. they were also super supportive and non judgmental. usually i’m nervous to get my hair cut. but these ladies are are awesome as it gets when it comes to their service. thank you so so so much
