   Hi Team, I wanna say a big thanks to Dr Imad. Best dentist ever met. Going to dentist is never a fun. But Dr Imad made this journey so easy. Starting from getting the metal filling replaced with tooth coloured filling to extracting RCT treated molar and some other restorative treatment. His skills are just beyond words. Highly recommend going to him for dental work. Also, would like to thank the front team in central hutt dental they are always helpful.

   Dr Imad is absolutely excellent and very patient focused. The dental assistants were also lovely and very experienced! They worked like a well oiled machine. I had two wisdom teeth removed recently and there was little to no swelling or pain afterwards! The attention to care while removing the teeth was excellent and I felt very comfortable the whole time.

   Dr alexander fang was very helpful and attentive when talking about my teeth and care especially when it came to prices. He was very informative making sure i understood clearly. his assistant was lovely too the staff here are just so lovely. Would highly recommend if you’re nervous about seeing dentist’s here they make you feel comfortable. 10/10 experience for me.

   When I finally decided to get my teeth straightened Dr Haidar Al-Hassiny was the orthodontist that was recommended to me. The facilities at Central Hutt Dental are spacious, immaculately clean and modern. The team have all been very professional & confident, but also friendly and relaxed. Most of my dealings have been with the delightful Holly on reception who is organised, responsive my various inquiries and always greeting me with a warm smile. The supremely capable Shannon who I'm sure does most of the work and of course the resident expert Haidar who has done a great job explaining the process, outlining progress, and is always happy to answer any questions to those with inquisitive minds. I've been visiting regularly for about a year now and so far the results have exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Haidar & the team.

   Best orthodontist! Always a pleasure to see the team when I go into my monthly adjustments appointments, always professional and always ensures the best course of action for my teeth (leaving me with a lovely smile and health teeth/gums) , I’ll be sad when the braces course is over as I always love coming in! Highly recommend this place for dental/orthodontics!!!

   During my visit, I found it disconcerting that the dentist proceeded to fix my loose cap without thoroughly assessing the alignment of my bite. It surprised me that such a crucial aspect of the procedure was overlooked. Subsequently, when I noticed that my bite felt unusual and uncomfortable the following day, I immediately brought it to the dentist's attention. To my dismay, the response I received was inadequate. The dentist merely conducted a bite test using paper when I requested a more thorough examination. I believe that a more comprehensive evaluation was necessary to accurately diagnose and address the issue. Despite my insistence, the dentist only made a quick adjustment and claimed that everything was now fine. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the sincerity and quality of the work performed at your clinic. I expected a higher level of professionalism and dedication to patient care. It is disheartening to feel that the primary motivation behind the treatment I received was monetary gain rather than genuine concern for my well-being. As a result of this unfortunate experience, I am left with no choice but to seek an alternative solution for my dental needs. I plan to consult another dental professional to ensure my bite is properly assessed and any necessary adjustments are made. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider it as an opportunity for improvement. Dental care is essential, and patients deserve to receive the highest standard of service and treatment. I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns and take steps to ensure that such situations do not recur in the future.
