   I recently had a wonderful experience with obtaining mortgage finance by working with Liza at Loan Market Mortgage Solutions. From the first contact to the loan approval she was the ultimate professional. Liza provided expert advice, a range of options across various lenders, excellent communication (timely calls and emails) that kept me informed and confident during the process. Liza and the LMMS team are clearly conversant with the housing market, the NZ Bank offerings, and have the experience and relationships to superbly represent the borrowers needs. Liza's service was tailored to my situation so I felt that she really understood my goals and requirements. I was very happy with the results. Liza also achieved a "cashback" payment for me which was not offered when I was approaching banks on my own. Liza helped me immensely with the "paperwork" required for my house purchase and she liaised with the property agent, legal rep's, insurance company and bank resources on my behalf. All in all an excellent experience and result. I look forward to continuing to work with Liza when my loan is due to refresh / re-fix, and also to review other options such as insurance, investments and financial goals. I highly recommend Liza and the LMMS team.
