   If you are looking for a property manager, I am sure these guys would be what you are looking for HOWEVER in my long experience of owning property, building a relationship with the tenants is critical as it helps maintain long-term tenancy and also helps keep the property in good order. My first impressions of the process of applying for a rental recently with Oxygen wasn't great. The application form was designed purely to ensure that the tenant can afford the rent. A mere letter from an employer isn't enough for these guys anymore. They want bank statements, pay slips although they don't specifically ask for them ... preferring to reject anything supplied that ISN'T a pay slip or bank statement. This, in my experience, is poor customer service and just disrespectful. Not every tenant skips out on rental arrears or trashes the property! The two properties we looked at were both dirty with owners still to complete work on them and the rents, in our opinion weren't value for money. On both occasions, the agents herded us through like cattle and admitted that it was their first time on site and were not able to answer relevant questions about the properties. With some landlords offering free rent in a buyer's market, my advice would be to try someone who is in it for the right reasons!

   We applied for the property to rent around May this year and our application was promptly sorted by Vicki Foss, one of the PropertyManager at Oxygen - Lower Hutt. We got the application sorted within 23 weeks and we got the keys to the house we have applied for. Vicki is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help the clients to fulfil the requirements. She did the inspection of our house today and was happy the way we have kept the house clean and tidy… Thank you Vicki

   I've been working with Kristina and the team at Oxygen Property Management since 2016, and they've been consistently excellent. Communication has always been clear and timely, maintenance issues have been handled efficiently, and they've managed even the more challenging tenants with professionalism and care. Their experience and responsiveness gave me real peace of mind, especially as an owner living overseas. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and proactive property managers.

   Willie and Maria are unprofessional have tried getting in contact and have been blocked me social and been accused my account is locked down when it’s still up. Had been renting via Oxygen and had to pay for my own property maintenance that caused me to in arrears I had no reimbursement as the maintenance was legally under the landlords maintenance to pay and caused me to be evicted and have 3 days to get out with my 15 months old. Have contacted The Tenancy Tribunal , newshub and fairgo regarding my previous tenancy with Oxygen as I haven’t had any comments but them saying they got their own plumber in to fix the problem (have evidence to show otherwise) The most unsafe house I’ve been in and sad to say worst experience being treated like this with my 15 month old son.

   Being an ex employee of Oxygen and now working as a cleaning contractor I can highly recommend their services. In particular Sandy Wallace. Always has a smile on her face, works hard, totally easy to deal with and always ready for a laugh. She will ensure your property is looked after, and tenants never have to guess what they need to do!

   Highly recommend Oxygen who have been fantastic to deal with regarding renting out my home in Lower Hutt. I was originally hesitant to rent my property out however with the dip in the market I was left without a choice and very nervous about trusting anyone else with my first home. I met with a few different rental agencies and by far, Jan KENDRICK from oxygen was the best. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, timely, easy to deal with and is great with communication. She put me at ease from the start in trusting her with my home. My property manager is Tereasa and she has been fantastic from the first introduction, going above and beyond, even offering to work a Saturday and use her own connections to find the right match for my home. Quick and efficient with communication I have full trust in her looking after my property while I am out of the city.

   I have been renting with Oxygen property management for just under a year now, with Sandy as the property manager. She has been fantastic to deal with - very professional in her conduct, and helpful with getting issues with the property sorted quickly. Sandy was particularly awesome when helping organise my move into the oxygen-managed property when I was based in a different city - running virtual tours of the property and all-around being great to deal with. Couldn't recommend Oxygen and Sandy enough!
