He took the time to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to guide us through options for colour, quality, and price. The installation team was equally impressive. They worked tirelessly and managed to complete almost the entire job in a single day, returning briefly the next morning to finish up. By 5:00 pm that first day, all our furniture was already back in place—seamlessly set on top of our beautiful new carpet. It honestly felt like magic. I’m a carpet installer and recently did a job in Kumeū for a friend. I realised I needed a few extra supplies to complete the installation. I first tried another big-brand shop in Kumeū, but they didn’t have anything in stock. Then I went to Flooring Extra, and they had absolutely everything I needed. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. If I have another job in the area, I’ll definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

We had vinyl flooring sold and laid by FlooringXtra Kumeu. We arranged everything through Campbell and Selena with Ryan installing. The experience was great with everything from the variety in the showroom and take home samples available, through to managing our install in around crazy timelines. Thank you all very much - we are really enjoying the new look in our kitchen.
