   Fantastic service from the manager and the staff. So far we have purchased 2 queen beds with custom headboards and drawers in the base. Then last week went in and got a king single for our grandson. Amazing range of beds in Porirua compared to nearby stores. Took their time to ensure we were getting the right beds for our needs. Even got our base wrapped to match the headboards. Delivery team were ace too with quick delivery. Absolutely will be back as there is another spare room to be furnished before the family arrive for the holidays. Thank you again Wellington Beds Porirua.

   120% for service both in store and from the delivery team. Jane recognised us from a visit earlier, she instantly acknowledged us and engaged with us even though she was busy with another family -we were more than happy to wait for her expertise. Delivery of a new custom made bed in less than 48 hours was incredible. The delivery team called first thing to confirm timing for delivery, they arrived on time and installed the bed within minutes. If all service was like this NZ would be such a happy country. Thank you Jane and team, we can’t recommend Wellington Beds enough!

   Jane was fantastic. She spotted us after closing time and let us in, explained all the beds and had us test everything. Never seen anyone so excited about beds! Mad props to the delivery guys as well, they installed everything in under 10 minutes. I'm still in awe after seeing someone carry a double king size mattress like it was a coffee bag. I'm sure he's eating his spinach. Very impressed with this company and with the super comfy bed.

   Highly recommend Wellington Beds. Jane had excellent customer service and made the entire process very easy. Staff aren't pushy like some competitors - my partner and I felt free to come in, try the beds, and then leave to try options elsewhere before coming to a final decision. The delivery guys called ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. The bed is exactly what we were looking for, has minimal partner disturbance, and fit inside our budget.

   Amazing customer service! Both sales ladies in the store were very helpful for selecting just the right bed for us and they answered all of our queries patiently and in great details (We found the experience much more friendly than the big departmental store that sells beds across the road). Also, the prices were reasonable (unlike other shops, It did not feel like the prices were inflated just to give a fake discount) Delivery of the bed was on time and when we had some minor issues in the slats then Paul was super helpful to promptly replace the slats for us. Appreciate the work of whole team. We will definitely go here first for our next purchase and will definitely recommend this store to anyone.
