She was genuinely kind and truly interested in helping us find the best option. We can’t thank Maria enough for her patience and thoughtfulness. If this is the standard for hiring staff, I’d expect the same great service from everyone else too!

   Devon & Patterson recently replaced the carpet at Johnsonville Playcentre, and we’re really happy with the result. We chose them not just because their pricing was competitive, but because they’re a local, family-owned business. A special shout out to Ants, who absolutely smashed the install. He worked quickly, professionally, and didn’t complain about the ridiculous amount of sand buried in the old carpet (there was a lot!). The new carpet looks great and has made a huge difference to the space. Thanks team—would definitely recommend

   We called into the showroom just to get a feel for what was available. Heather did a brilliant job of talking us through options. Really knowledgeable. Nathan came and did a quote and his advice and the pricing was really good. We ended up going with another company for reasons that were nothing to do with Devon and Patterson. We were really impressed with D&P's service and have heard good things about their installation.

The whole process and service provided from start to finish was fantastic. Their advice and expertise made it so easy. Nothing was a problem and the installers did an amazing job.    Was happy with everything except the installation of the carpet by their contractors because the installers damaged all my skirting boards. As you can see in the photos whatever tool they used to install the carpet scratched my skirting boards so we had to get them repainted which was expensive.
