Call them 2 times and was told someone would get back in touch whit in the next day or so, left it for 3 days. call them back and still not heard from them. Would not recommend them.
Having dealt with several legal firms for run of the mill processes and some more intricate cases, it's curious that the smallest firm I've dealt with, is hands down, miles ahead of the other larger firms in terms of relaying legalese in crisp layman's terms, reasonably accommodating clients' preferences, and just adhering, in an exemplary manner, to good old fashioned 'best customer service practices'. This is how you retain business.

Did not listen to my instructions and has stolen company assets from my children an sold them without my children’s consent. Not worth going to this company at all. Failed to do what I asked.
