Ball pit was filthy. Floor mats in 0-4years space is lifting and is a trip hazard. There was 1 person manning front and cooking food without gloves. Everything is over priced and coffees were horrible and left behind. The games in the ball pit were broken too.
I recently had my son’s birthday party at Chipmunks Brewtown, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything run so smoothly. The kids had an amazing time playing, and the party setup was completely stress-free for me as a parent. We ordered vegetarian pizzas for both kids and adults along with a hot food platter, and the food was really tasty with great vegetarian options—definitely better than other indoor play party places in Wellington. Everything was well-organized, clean, and fun-filled. Highly recommend Chipmunks Brewtown for kids’ parties—it truly made my son’s day extra special!”
We had our daughters 2nd birthday party at this venue and were so pleased with our experience. A very well organized clean and tidy party rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and charlie the chipmunk. The food came out exactly on time, and the kids had an amazing time on the playground with such a variety of activities. we definitely recommend it to anyone. A 5-STAR rating for this facility.
We recently had my daughters birthday party at this venue and were so pleased with our experience. The staff we very friendly and accommodating for the couple of hours that we were there, always making sure we were happy and looked after, even offering a cake cutting knife and lighter in case we hadn't taken them along with us. The party room was being used for another party before our one began and when the room was ready for us, it was all completely cleaned and tidy, you wouldn't even know there was a room full of kids, food and cake in there before us. The food came out exactly on time and the kids had an amazing time on the playground with such a variety of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and am very thankful my daughter had a great party at this location :)
This chipmunks was very clean and modern. Almost every childrens play area show signs of wear and tear but this appeared like new. Coffee was good, service the same. We were served by a woman called Emma who was very friendly and chatty. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area even just for a coffee. Hands down the best indoor play area we have been to and we travel with kids alot. Thanks so much...
Had my daughters 4th birthday party there today and I can’t recommend them enough ! The staff were above and beyond accommodating, kind, friendly, warm and made the experience the best we’ve ever had at an indoor playground birthday party. There are no words to thank Chipmunks Brewtown enough
The team at Chipmunks Brewtown were fantastic from the time we booked our son’s birthday right through to the party. The cake supplied was good quality, the kids meals and adults platters were great. The children loved the visit from Charlie the Chipmunk.
We recently hosted a birthday party for my daughter Anaya at Chipmunks playland café Brewtown and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with all of you! From start to finish, it was an absolute blast. I want to thank Emma and her team for catering every need and for doing last minute changes . She was so polite this whole time. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness truly set the tone for the entire celebration. The party package we opted for was outstanding. The staff diligently sanitized the party room before and after the party, ensuring a hygienic environment for the kids My daughter was so thrilled to see Charlie. Kids loved their goody bags. I would like thank the team for this hassle free event. We totally loved it and would highly recommend:):)
My grandson had so much sweaty fun. What I noticed straight away was the heat regardless of a couple of big air cons, not sure if they have those big-as fans, but that would be my suggestion. Far too many tables and chairs and unable to manoeuvre the pram through. Catering staff were very nice and food was good. I would appreciate the staff member serving me at the front desk to not directly ask my child his age; we had no intention of ripping you off (even though you are quite expensive). A lack of greeting and no other conversation with him tells me my child was not welcome as a customer, just dollars. Parts of the playground were also broken, perhaps just get rid of it for safety reasons.
I would just like to say my experience yesterday for the first time coming to Chipmuncks in Brewtown was really lovely. All the staff we very polite and friendly. Our 3 sons and daughter had 2 birthday parties to attend that day. Saturday 1st April. One party at 11am- and one party in the afternoon at 230pm. Extremely kind staff!! But one young man stood out immediately!!! His name was Corry nice big friendly smile and another girl with him who had short colored hair. Didn't catch her name but she was also lovely and friendly. Excellent customer service and well spoken in communication. When I asked for a price of a hat for my son they both went to check the price there and then. My son ended up getting a hat in a goodie bag at the end of his friends party. What a bonus! I just wanted to take a few minutes to write this message. To encourage the Staff keep up the wonderful work. Taking time and being friendly is exactly what attracts people to this center. I am considering on having my sons birthday parties here just because of this encounter with how awesome the party setup was for my friends. Decent price and incredible Staff who help and engage with their customers.. Thank you with gratitude and we will see you soon. Definitely will have my kids parties here! Beats any other venue I've come across in years!!!!!!
