My family have moved back to Auckland this year, I enrolled to St Luke's medical center, I have had multiple health problems, with multiple appointments and mole removal, I have seen both doctors the nurse and receptionist, who have made my family settle in very comfortably, my old doctors took about two weeks or a month to see a doctor, now at st Luke's medical center I usually see a doctor on the day of the booking. I have observed some people who come in really rude and demanding with out understanding the health sector in nz and the high volume of people needing help, I believe all the workers are keeping busy to do their best to help others Thank you.

I called St. Lukeβs Medical Centre at 10:20 AM today to book an urgent appointment for my 1-month-old baby, who was showing symptoms of an oral yeast infection. The receptionist told me to come in before 11:30 AM, and I arrived at 11:10 AM. After filling out the required form and explaining that both my baby and I were showing symptoms (as confirmed over the phone by a Plunket nurse), I was shocked by how dismissive and unhelpful the receptionist became. She demanded βproofβ of what the nurse said and then told me the doctor would not see us because βwe are closed now.β My baby was crying in pain, and we were desperate to get medical help. Despite arriving within the agreed time and clearly needing urgent care, we were turned away with no compassion, no assistance, and an extremely rude attitude from the staff. This clinic showed zero professionalism or empathy. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially not to parents seeking care for their child. The lack of basic ethics and human decency from the receptionist was appalling.

Prices have increased, the nurse is very unprofessional, she's very rude with asking what the problem is. I've claimed multiple problems to the doctor who handled it correctly yet the nurse who runs this specific place doesn't want to do all paper work for everything I need to be seen for. Last year I paid 150, 3 months later it was 170. Today is now 220 obviously for people who dont have insurance. I recommend finding another place than this because of the nurse who doesn't take her job seriously enough. I will say my only problem is the nurse. I believe everyone else has been doing a great job.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. This was our first appointment for our baby, and it was nothing short of frustrating. The receptionist was incredibly unprofessionalβno greeting, no smile, and absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. The doctor was even worse. They rushed through the appointment, barely listened to our concerns, and at one point even said, "I donβt have time for all this, come tomorrow." We were forced to come back on a Saturdayβand were charged for two separate appointments. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when dealing with new parents and a babyβs health. We have since moved to a different GP, and the difference in care and professionalism has been night and day. We will not be returning and strongly do not recommend this clinic.

Dr Ahmed Bashir is by far the worst doctor that I have had the displeasure of being under his care. He barely takes the time to examine me properly, but instead rushes through the consultation. He even had the audacity to say βIβm very busy right nowβ when I was detailing my health concerns. I was extremely disappointed and felt as though I was not receiving the proper treatment that I am paying for. I am changing my doctors and I would advise others to stay away from this practice.

Service provision is great in this centre. The new reception staff is great and has brought about a new calm environment, the practice manager (the one who is always there) is always amazing. The doctors go an extra mile and the nurses are great. Well done.

Website states that it finishes 05:30, unable to find appointment with the nurse after 5pm, just for an B12 injection. Receptionist lady wasnβt polite at all. Also given me Hepatitis B and charged 80 dollars since its not a government funded and later found out that It was given to me before. Overall experience was bad.

I've not been to this clinic for a couple of years as I've changed my GP. I think my review needs to be on here about this place as I used to pay a few visits. The price for this GP is cheap in comparison with other GPs in Auckland. If I were you, take your money elsewhere for better quality customer service and value. That is my biggest regret. I only went to this doctor as it was the nearest one to my house and was new to the country at the time. Whenever I went to this clinic, I would have to wait for at least an hour to see the doctor despite having a booked appointment. Additionally, the receptionists were always rude to me and extremely dismissive. I've never met anyone that is as rude as them. Not sure if they are the same ones now but other reviews seem to match my description. The female doctor, nurse and pharmacist were very accommodating and friendly to me.

I had a disappointing experience with one of their reception staff. The staff member seemed dismissive and unfriendly when I checked in, and I left feeling undervalued. While I understand that reception staff have a tough job, basic politeness and customer service skills are crucial when dealing with patients. I hope that you can work towards improving the attitude and communication skills of your staff to make patients feel welcomed and valued." Not recommended at all
