   We had Peter Napier represent us in an estate dispute case after his recommendation by our regular solicitor.    Our experience is 100 pct different. Keegan Alexander represented the Body Corporate of which I am chair, in and long and difficult legal case to recover $400,000 in unpaid levies, plus penalty interest and legal fees. All the strategic advice was right on the nail, they were always both proactive and responsive. The case was made more difficult because the defendants kept firing their legal representatives and representing themselves with limited English and in ways which made understanding what their defence was very difficult to understand. We won the case and attempts to overturn it comprehensively, secured a sheriff's order for a forced sale of the property in question, and eventually had the matter fully settled before the forced sale went through.    Absolutely disgusted promised the world went to see him to be told he couldn't deliver $5000 bill charged to us, we would never of engaged with him knowing this when he couldn't deliver stayed with our original lawyer.
