   I have used Victoriana many times for customers. Recently I needed flowers for my daughter's graduation. Somehow they understood exactly what I was looking for when I tried to describe it. The flowers were perfect - and my daughter LOVED them. I was extremely happy with how they looked, the size, they were designed to be carried and they are still on display at home after nearly two weeks!

   Ordered from the other side of the world directly on their website. Sent email to ask for personal touches. A beautiful and bespoke bouquet was delivered. So much care and attention was taken. Loved by those who it was delivered to and still alive 2 weeks later. Will use again. THANK YOU

   Very disappointed. The $100 bunch I ordered today to be delivered would have cost me no more than $60 elsewhere and the delivery fee was still on top. I wish I could work out how to post the photo of the bunch that was sent. Yes it was a nice bunch but it wasn’t big and definitely didn’t look like a $100 bunch. We choose the price and it’s completely at the florist discretion what she sends. Not impressed at all. I feel ripped off.

   Amazing florist business. Joy and her team are so wonderful to deal with. We have bought off them lots of times for staff celebrations. I personally have received many bouquets from them too (some featured in pictures below) in the past and they've always exceeded my expectations. I absolutely 100% recommend this business.
