The team on the floor are so helpful, professional and approachable. Nothing was a big ask and they truly listen to what the customer wants with great recommendations.
We had an excellent experience at Specsavers Upper Hutt. After several frustrating attempts to get my son's glasses adjusted at the Lower Hutt branch, the person here sorted everything out quickly and professionally. The staff member was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The adjustment was completed in just a few minutes, and they even pointed out that the glasses hadn't been fitted correctly in the first place. We really appreciated the efficient service and genuine care shown. Thank you to the Upper Hutt team for turning a long-running issue into a simple fix.
Professional and personalised service. New way of testing eyes is so much better. Carla at the Upper Hutt store is a gem. She's a great communicator and I'm delighted with my new glasses. I'd choose Specsavers no matter where I lived.

I booked for the first time with Specsavers in years. I lost my belief in them years ago when it was Lower Hutt, but I had heard that Upper Hutt was different. Not sure that what I heard could be more wrong. These guys from the second I went in for my eye check was awesome. Elliot and Tim sorted out the beginning of my adventure, with Carla, Amanda and Shelley holding up the hour I spent looking for a new look in my eye wear. No time limit and so nice and relaxed the entire time. I had Warren talk to me about the βselectedβ choice and he booked me in for a collection date.. I can not rave enough about these guys!!! I rang after my glasses had arrived and spoke to Gerald, and still after care customer serviceβ¦ Seriously, there is a lot more going on in Lower Hutt, but if you need eye wear and an awesome productive and relaxed team, Upper Hutt Specsavers are your crew. I got a choice of cases, and I received two cloths and cleanerβ¦ I have never been offered cleaner beforeβ¦ Seriously, I canβt wait for next year when I need to get my eyes checked again.!!!! Awesome service, great range, and a fantastic after care service too! Special shout out to Elliott, Tim, Carla, Amanda, Shelley, Warren and Geraldβ¦ if you donβt give them a go you wont know good service.
Highly recommend upper Hutt Specsavers. They were so kind and helpful with both my daughter and me. The Frames are amazing, and the service was just the best especially - Amanda and Carla!
