   I went in about my broken glasses. Had them 4 months. Went in yesterday and was told manager will call. Didn't happen. Went in I was told faults happen I the first week. What a lot of rot. Service lousy.

   Great range & pricing. Some stock issues with gaps on shelf. Overall a good visit, however as a guy I dont need to be told about a staff members monthly issues, actually no customer needs to hear that. I know shes a bit special but still.

   They can't fill prescriptions at the moment due to being mucked around by the bean counters...there is a sign on their door that explains that they can't do prescriptions. Shop is clean and tidy, however it can be hard to find help and occasionally some staff don't really look like they want to help you. Also hard to find things in general when you're not used to going in there. Great range of products and awesome prices but they are super slow at restocking so there's lots of empty spots on the shelves.

   I now shop here every two weeks. Good range, competitive pricing with great friendly service. As an added bonus I love how its New Zealand owned. Kiwis looking after kiwis. I also love how they have hired the special needs girl for checkouts she is super friendly, if you can tolerate hearing all about her personal life on every visit. More companys should look after the community this way.
