   Was put in touch with Dunstan Yip by my wife's friend after unsuccessfully reaching out to 2 other law firms in a short time frame regarding a complex conveyancing request. Dunstan was very quick to understand the requirements for my very complex request - essentially requiring 2 separate sales and purchases (aswell as deeds of forgivenesses) for 2 of the family homes between 4 parties (me being one of the part owners), thereby releasing certain parties from titles of the respective homes. Dunstan was always readily available, and regularly communicated to keep me up to date, particularly before the end of a business day or week. Was always available for a short notice face to face meeting. Meetings were always straight to the point. Very good experience and personally would recommend him as a conveyancing lawyer to anyone needing such help. Got the deal over the line and very happy with the outcome.    Ask Ran Rajapakse for help with case, he email saying if im free to talk email him saying ok ,after that nothing ,just think it rude that he never got back after saying if im free the next day,if you couldn't help say so ,or is that what they teach you lawyer school,and to top it off who ever answers there phone and took down all my details and still didn't get back to me ,ur going to be a awesome family Court, sad thing is if someone touch there daughter they might do something about it

   I was one of their clients who was going through domestic violence n child custody matter so I have taken their services which was ridiculously expensive but I had no any other option except to take legal advice from one of their lawyer named Akarshdip Kaur who does not even helped me to do my favor even though I was paying her for it. She was not even giving me an opportunity to speak against the Applicant where as I was responder. She needs to listen to her clients otherwise what is the point of taking her services. She was so rude n I have lost so much of my hard earned money and it was not helpful in my matter at all. Lawyers act like puppet here. I will not recommend anyone to take their services.
