   Can''t re-set password because the requested link to change it is not sent. Can't speak to anyone - phone system only has recorded messages which say that you can request a link online to change password! Chat bots don't work. Rang the Fisher Funds phone line - where they do have real people to speak to - but they couldn't help me and gave me the Kiwi Wealth phone number which only has recorded messages. So, I can't access my account and I can't get any help to do so.

   If it was possible to give Kiwi Wealth Limited -5 star rating I would. I am not actually a customer of theirs, but the ordeal I have been through just trying to sign up with them has been a massive headache. I give them my information and they keep telling me my information is incorrect, but they won't tell me what is incorrect about my information, it is almost like they're enjoy making me jumping through hoops. But after reading the other reviews it looks like I've dodge a major bullet.

   They have regularly given very wrong advice, when they say what they think will happen it doesn't every time. After being with them for 20 months now I'm still $10,000 down on my initial investment. The only one that's made money from my money is Kiwibank.

   I get kiwi saver is volatile especially with Covid, however my last 3 years with Kiwi wealth netted -14.75% loss. Edit updated: BEWARE closed account and needed to get my payment returned as accidentally direct deposited. Took 5 ignored emails, 2 weeks and the threat of going to the bank ombudsman and police for them to finally even reply to me. Then they said sorry account was closed and they weren’t keen on refunding money. I’ve never experienced such shady customer (lack) of service from a financial institution, it’s like they are scammers! I’m with Milford Assets now and they are wonderful.

   Kiwiwealth declined both my hardship an serious illness application 4 hearing aids now i have 2 give up my full-time job i provided all relevant details it wasnt serious enough 4 them im 52 an i want 2 keep working an contributing 2 kiwisaver til im 70 but they killed it im out kiwiwealth u suk

   Slightly too thorough on the phone menu selection options and the voice recording sounds like someone is eating the microphone. That said, not at all difficult to get through to a human like others have said. Spoke to Liam who went above and beyond... absolute star.

   A complete nightmare to deal with. No chance of ever getting anything but an endless runaround by bloody robots. This is one of those horrible outfits that won't let you speak to anyone in person. So if the question you have isn't on one of the seemingly endless menus offered by a recorded message then you're completely out of luck. Utterly horrible and dispiriting to deal with. If I could give a quarter of a star review then that's what I'd give.
