    The only Aramex agent in the central city and utterly unreliable with inconsistent opening times. Many Saturday's they are open at 11am, this weekend on 22.11.2025 they still weren't open at 11.07am and I'd made a special trip into the city to drop off a return with a deadline date that was approaching in order to generate a refund. Raised it with Aramex. No opening times displayed on their shop front and Google stated opening time was 11am on Saturday's. Sort it out with Google if that information is incorrect, but they've been open by 11am on multiple Saturdays when I have successfully dropped off returns. Can't fault the friendly service here but if you're going to be a third party agent you have to offer consistent opening times.

    Don't stand by their repair work and certainly don't answer their phone. Only now you offer a discount having refused earlier when I visited you? Of course you are still not answering your phone so feel free to call me if your offer is genuine. You have my number.
