Uday is the man! Always friendly and up for a chat. If he doesn't have what you want will order in for you. Provides great advice on what he stocks and recommends great alternatives if he doesn't have what you're after in stock. I used to buy from the supermarket but always go back to Uday, might be a bit more expensive but the variety and experience is worth it. Top bloke.
