Despite several emails and repeated phone calls from both my wife and myself over an extended period, this business has failed to return any of the messages. This business acts as our tax agent, and we now find ourselves in a position where a tax return is overdue due to the inaction of this business. If you like people that you do business with to act in a professional manner and return your calls and messages, and you like your tax returns to be in on time, then this probably isnt the business for you. I have done this review as a last resort out of frustration.
