   Great communication and service. Bumped the delivery forward to ensure we wouldn't run out. Shared the history of the water when delivered and even provided some advice (we're fairly new to the lifestyle block life). They've got a special truck that tilts so you get all the water you paid for. Highly recommend them.

   We ran out of water on Friday afternoon. Rob and Elaine were ready to deliver water the next morning. Unfortunately I had already booked a delivery from another company. When, at midday on Saturday, that delivery had to be delayed till Sunday noon, I cancelled it and got back in touch with Water by Nature. They were able to deliver to Saturday evening. They were friendly, helpful, responsive. They were also trustworthy, delivering slightly more than they promised.
