   On Tuesday, June 11th, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, I visited your store outlet located at Portage Road in New Lynn. During my visit, I selected a black dress with a red sale sticker clearly indicating a price of $25. However, upon proceeding to the checkout counter to make my purchase, the cashier informed me that the actual price was $35 due to alleged markups. I believe this was an arbitrary decision made by the cashier, as there was no transparent or visible indication of any price changes. Additionally, the music within the store was excessively loud, creating a challenging environment for customers to effectively communicate while shopping. I kindly request that Pagani management address these concerns promptly. It is crucial that staff members treat customers with respect and adhere to accurate pricing practices. Failure to address these issues may result in further escalation, including reporting the matter to consumer rights organizations. It is in the best interest of Pagani to ensure fair treatment and accurate pricing for all customers.

   Palmerston North. Tania you are one amazing manager, I was passing through on our way to the Wairarapa from Auckland and was just so delighted with your store and how you treated me. You were so understanding of what I was wanting and went out of your way to help. You made me feel special and that I was worth it. Left there with my purchase feeling very satisfied and money well spent. Thank you so much. Look forward to calling in again. Keep up the exceptional work Tania, you are a credit to the company.

   I was really surprised with how many dresses were available. The size availability and range was great (sizes 6-18 available in most things). Some of the dresses available were ones I had tried on in (non-outlet) stores earlier this year (less than 6 months ago). Would definitely recommend if you need a dress for an event or last minute but want to stay on budget. I purchased 3 summery/ flowy wrap and tie waist dresses and a long skirt for less than $30 each.

   20.10.22 First time visiting this store, although I didn't end up finding my specific item the service was lovely :) the girls here are friendly & the store looked amazing. Colour coordinated at its finest. Small & compact but heaps to choose from. Highly recommend checking them out :)
