   We contacted Dave and Tracey at Spick N Span early November to quote us for our beach house to been cleaned. We had great communication with them. On the Friday before the job was to be done, we got a conformation email making sure we were ready to go with the job. Mark arrived at 8am and his partner arrived minutes later and got straight onto the job. It was a big job, roof, garage, house decks and pest spay. Their communication was great, nothing was a problem, they hardly stopped all day. Mark was absolutely brilliant. We would totally recommend this company and we would definitely use them again in the future, and our house looks amazing. Many thanks once again Kathie & William Tyndall.

   I friend recommended Dave to clean the house. Wow!! Right from the start I was impressed. From the quote to the completion of the job the communication has been great! The quality of work is excellent and the house, gutters, eaves looks like new again. The products used are safe for the dogs and garden. The roof has been treated for Lichen and the windows on the outside cleaned as well. And they move all the things out of the way. They went above and beyond and moved a huge heavy Pot / plant for me as well! Dave explains about the water tanks and what is required etc for a rural water supply after treatment and on going maintenance. And the price was a lot cheaper than 2 other quotes! Very impressed and Highly recommend!!
