Called FlowFix in the morning (as another plumber I had booked never confirmed when they would do the job) within two hours a plumber was on site and the problem was solved. Thanks for the quick response and communication, it was great that your plumber called to advise me of his ETA prior to his arrival, completing the job quickly and efficiently.
We recently used FlowFix Plumbing for the first time while doing a kitchen renovation. They were friendly and helpful and always turned up when they said they would and worked around our timeframes. They guided us along the way and we were very happy with the work that they did for us. An exceptional good job. On time, work as per quote, cleaned up after job was finished. One of the best plumbers I have used in 50yrs. If you want a good job done you would be hard pressed to find a better company.
These guys were great, I found them from a google search, so didnt know anything about them, but I struck it good. They were an efficient team from booking the job to completion. Nice and friendly, cleaned up nicely and did a great job so we were very happy with the whole process. had an emergency issue at the weekend with no access to water as we are on tank water. Flow fix came out within a couple of hours of our request, diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running again. Would recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work

Have used FlowFix for my rentals for the last few years and highly recommend. More recently we had a large amount of jobs/upgrades to be completed on one house both internally and externally. Highly recommend! Come out short notice and fixed a fairly complex and major issue in a couple of hours. Transparent costs provided up front and the invoice matched which is exactly what one wants! Would use again.
Had a serious blocked down pipe and needed the Hyperjet to unblock it. Company had instant communication and was able to perform the job only 5 hours after my initial call for help. This rapid response was amazing. On time, polite and courteous workers. Will definitely use again.
