   On two occasions in the same week, I visited the plant in Bolderwood Place, Wiri Auckland. Registering my name as a Customer to query the cost of a nudge and tow bar. On both occasions waiting for 15 minutes or more. With Customer Service on the outside of Reception they tend to have time to talk to each other.
