Any time I visit the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable- if they don’t have what I’m looking for they are able to offer alternatives or direct me to somewhere that does. This is my favourite place to get my wetsuits from
Great store and lovely staff. One of the ladies there (I think her name was Alex) helped me find the perfect shirt and hoodie for my nephew - I would have had no clue! Not too busy so was able to spend a bit of time picking something out. Will head back for any other advice or presents I need
Went into the Northwest store, three staff members at the counter couldn't be bothered pausing their conversation to greet us, let alone help us to get items off high shelving to look at / try on. This isn't the first time, so won't ever bother going back.
Lovely experience shopping here today. The two young men working helped me figure out my son's size. Friendly and helpful.
I’ve only been here 1 time to buy a skateboard but it was great, the staff where nice and the store was nicely organised.
Man i hate leaving bad reviews, but im so put out by the experience i had today. Im all for young retail workers having a bit of banter. But to have three people standing around a counter talking about there weekends and concerts they are going to, while theres a customer trying to get some help and getting ignored pretty poor guys. Good work to rhe guy who eventually helped me, but then having to stand at the counter and after a few minutes him having to tell the girl to stop talking ans serve me sucked. You guys made me feel like a real twerp. Please do better

Went in on Sunday 20th September, 2 staff members were in deep conversation, the female staff member didn't want to be there and it was obvious, we asked for help with a skateboard product, she said she personally hadn't heard of it despite being on your website saying you stock it, she wouldn't look it up on the computer and turned her back to us and went back to her conversation, we kept looking around the store and the female packed up and left, the male staff member was more interested in his phone than watching the store or helping customers so we didn't bother looking anymore and went elsewhere... I don't recommend this store...
