   We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service at Novus Westgate. We are in a 7 mtr motorhome and they went above and beyond to get us back on our holiday again. They kept us up to date with the progress of the windscreen replacement which was made trickier because of the last windscreen we had had fitted. I am so glad that Smith and Smith were so totally unhelpful when I contacted them first and I will never contact them again. No wonder Novus is the preferred provider for our Insurance company.

   I want to leave a message of thanks for Dayna’s kind, accurate, and professional customer service. Because my English is not fluent, it was difficult for me to give a long explanation about the crack in my car window, so I asked her to have a short phone call with my daughter who was at work. Dayna willingly had a long conversation with my daughter and handled everything smoothly. As I watched nervously, she arranged everything, even the appointment date, and made me feel relieved. Once again, I want to thank Dayna for the great help she gave my daughter and me today. We will see you on our scheduled appointment on Tuesday. ^^ P.S. We dropped off our car early on Tuesday and later received a call saying the glass replacement was finished sooner than expected. When we arrived and saw the new front windshield, we could immediately tell the job was done perfectly. They even reinstalled our dashcam, which we had removed beforehand. Their kindness and sense of responsibility were outstanding. We’re 200% satisfied! ^^ A big thank-you to Dayna and the professional male staff member who kindly reinstalled our dashcam.

   An amazing team, highly professional and a good laugh. Travelling from wellington, stone flicked up cracked window. We phoned in advance said we would arrive by 3pm,didnt arrive until 415pm due to an accident and road closure at Karapiro and it wasn't a problem at all. Amazing service from the time we spoke to Malcolm. Highly recommend. Thanks heaps! Enjoy the shortbread.

In the nicest possible way she wangled a speedy same day part delivery to match my super tight schedule. Attitude, professionalism, friendliness and getting it done. Unbeatable.    Had the job for 4 weeks. Took my van in replaced my windscreen and then couldn’t calibrate because they didn’t have the right equipment to calibrate a new van. Told me they would have to keep for a week to book it in at Hyundai. Organisation and communication extremely poor. There only saving grace was Chrissy offered great customer service dealing with major issue. A tradie having no van for a week is absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t finish the job then don’t start it

   Useless. Unable to do windscreen repair unless all fault codes are removed even if unrelated to windscreen. Can't get the car back to them without the fault codes coming back on as the windscreen needs replacing. Round and round in circles. Use smith&Smith instead and save yourself some time and energy. Not a tesla. Smith and Smith repaired with no problems.

   So I booked for 11am, two days later than the earliest availability knowing it was a 3 hour job, meaning I could pick the car up about 2pm while theres no traffic. I got a text reconfirming the time, they shifted it to 11:30, I drop it off quarter of a hour early for their convenience, 3pm rolls around and I’ve not been called yet so I follow up and am told the car can be collected at 4:15. Cue me having to uber there right between school and peak hour traffic, having to close the shop I work in because my colleague is gone for the day, then sit in traffic to get back to work. 0/10 not impressed, y’all are either over booking or don’t have enough staff, sort it out.
