   I reached out to 'Jay's Auto Trim' quite late at night, not expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise, Jay responded instantly (even after hours) and kindly booked me in the very next day. My headliner had gotten so bad it was almost covering my rear window, but Jay knew exactly what to do. Meeting him was genuinely such a pleasure. He is one of the most authentic, down to earth people you'll ever meet, and his passion for upholstery truly shines through the moment you see him work. The care, attention to detail, and pride he puts into every step really shows how much he loves what he does. Jay did a phenomenal job replacing my headliner, my car interior honestly looks brand new. The quality of his work is exceptional, and his pricing is incredibly fair.    Not competent at triming interiour panels. Panels were returned with a black silicone product used as a finishing detail and new vinyl lifting and bubbling within days. Would definitely recommend using a professional apaulster that stands behind their work, unlike Jayden who wants to charge full price again to repair his shoddy work and still wont guarantee that he can produce a good finish. Very disappointed

Massively quick turnaround as well, dropped off in the morning and ready to be picked up that afternoon....definitely not a slouch!
