   Have been in the property since August 2025. The property manager Mr. Gilbert made sure we were well settled in and was very quick to respond to any of our concerns at any time of the day during our initial days. He is very approachable and ensures our concerns are dealt with immediately and any problems about the property are take care of without any delay.

   I’ve stayed at this property before and once again had a great experience. The place itself is well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. The location was ideal and made the stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the site manager, Gilbert. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Communication was always easy, and he was quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. His approach made everything feel smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. I would have happily continued staying here, but I had to move on purely to find a bigger space. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed place with great service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

   I highly recommend the apartment. It's a cosy and tidy apartment with wonderful furniture and appliances. All of my guests said that this apartment deserves more than the payment I paid weekly. In addition, the property management by DuVal was always professional and approachable. Especially I appreciate my property manager for hard-working to solve the unexpected problem I faced last year. She was always on my side and did her best to respond appropriately to any kind of my requests or issues. If I come back to Mangere in the future, definitely I'll contact her to have this accommodation again.

   I have been an owner at the Avenue Apartments since 2019 and have had good rental returns and long-term tenants since the beginning. Onsite management do a great job keeping the property and the grounds in good condition and it is safe and secure. Michelle from Du Val Property Management does a great job managing my property and keeps me informed. Very happy.
