   Went to buy a pair of glasses today, lady behind the counter was trying to make us pay for a pair of sunglasses that was damaged and tried to tell the other staff to box it up cause it's allgood without letting us inspect it. The other staff tries his best to wipe the scratches off then ends up scratching the glasses even more. She proceeds to say take the damaged pair and they'll order you a new one, then come back and swap it when the new one is here. Like no, just let me pay for a new one and ship it to us instead of forcing us to try to take this damaged pair home then bring it back to you again. What's the problem with this lady? She's then goes, oh you got to pay though? Like we had our card out ready to pay. Whole interaction went in loops for 10 mins because she won't simply just let us order a brand new one. Worse purchase experience ever.

   Went into the Oakley store asking for a spare part for my sunnies and got some of the most unwelcoming service I’ve come across. I’ve been with Oakley for seven years as a sponsored athlete in Australia, but wasn’t about to make a big deal of it. The woman serving was aloof and closed off, every question got a disgruntled “no”. Walked down to Specsavers. “Yeah sure, we’ve got a spare part for your Oakleys.” Asked how much I owed them. “Don’t worry about it, it’s free.”

   Helpful staff, but systems could be a bit better. Wanted a replacement lens, staff couldn't order for me directly I had to put my info into an iPad app, which is stupid as I am a long time member, and then hand that back to staff for them to complete the order. Got there in the end though

   I have been a regular customer for this store for the past few years. This time I was served by Andrei! He was very accommodative and helpful with my extensive queries of various Oakley sunglasses as I had a very specific use for the pairs I buy from Oakley. Highly recommended store with great crew as always!
