   What amazing service! My daughters car had mechanical issues in Auckland. Auto Super Shoppe Stoddard Road were recommended by our mechanic back home. They did not disappoint. Replacement Parts were available, and the car was repaired in 1 day and back on the road. Would happily recommend these guys to anyone. Dayna was so kind & helpful. Truely grateful. Thank you

   The team were really helpful when I had a bit of an emergency with my campervan and then a subsequent road incident in quick succession not far from the garage. They managed to fit me in the next day, do the diagnostics, the repairs that they could and then ordered the part I needed and did a quick turnaround on the fitting when the part arrived, to get me back on the road. Special shoutout to Dayna who was very patient with me when I called for updates. Would highly recommend the garage for any work.

You have the option to proceed or go elsewhere - but as our camper is running and driving so well, we can and will with confidence, continue to have our servicing and repairs carried out at Auto Super Shoppe Stoddard Road.

   I don’t leave reviews normally but this was quite shocking. Took my car in for a wof and got a quote for repairs that came to 3.8k, there were things they failed me for that shouldn’t be fails and comments they left that should be fails. For $1000 less I got a new radiator which wasn’t quoted on the quote from Stoddard and got a fresh service. Stoddard mentioned my seatbelts had webbing and were frayed, I took it to many other mechanics and there was 0 physical damage to them whatsoever. When I took my car to the new mechanic he looked at the sheet and asked me if I was rude or annoyed the mechanics. In the end I got the wof from the other place with many other benefits for way cheaper. I would not reccomend this place for WOFS.

   I talked to a technician asking for a degrease and to diagnose where an oil leak was coming from under my car. We agreed on a time and set price. Unfortunately, when I went to collect the car they had done the degrease but hadn't diagnosed where the oil was coming from. They did not deliver on what was agreed upon. Not a happy customer. I tried to communicate with the receptionist about the issue and she then told me id have to pay an extra $50 to diagnose the problem after they already wasted my time. DONT RECCOMEND!

   Don’t go here for WOF. My car failed for a few different reasons which they wouldn’t let me talk to the technician about to properly understand. One of these was that the hood latch was loose. I then took it to a panel beater who welded it back on. They failed it again because apparently the whole part that holds the hood latch needs to be replaced. I asked again politely to see the technician instead of the receptionist to properly explain this, as sourcing that exact part will be difficult and take months. She refused because they’re too busy and important to talk to their customers. If they had properly explained the issue in the first place then I wouldn’t have wasted all that time and money trying to get it fixed, instead of replacing it. Now I can’t possibly get it done within the recheck period. Another example, they said my almost new tyre had a puncture. When I asked to repair it, they said it was irreparable and need to replace which set be back $150 to $200. I took it to a shop down the road who pulled out the nail for $15. Surprise, surprise, at the recheck its a fail again because the thread patterns are incompatible. Could you not have told me this the first time?? They will continue to add new things each time, delaying things, and making your life miserable

   Got the new tyres from Hyper Drive so booked them for fitting, rotation and alignment. All the work was done well and good, no issues regarding that. The rims were wrapped black matte. And they have damaged the wrapping on the rear rims and the wrapping is off from several spots. So not happy with it.

   Took my car in for a mysterious gearbox issue. They diagnosed it and came back to me with a list of repa and explained everything. Prices were very reasonable and vehicle back on the road within a couple of days. Fantastic service, plus got some yum chocolate cause it's near Xmas. Thanks Stoddard!

   Such an amazing place. I have had my Holden looked after twice and have had no issues on both my visits. Super quick, straight to the point and excellent communication. Not once did I have to call to check up on my vehicle, Shannon did an amazing job at keeping me updated. Every single staff is so friendly. The team does know how to look after their customers.
