   Hi, I went to Dotti Manukau today. I had an amazing experience with Lani from customer service! My gift card had expired, and she went above and beyond to help me extend the expiry date. She even took the extra step of reaching out to the IT department to get it sorted. Lani was so lovely, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding service. Thank you, Lani, for making my day so much easier!

   I’m rating one not necessary of the store but cause of the staff. The young indian girl is pretty rude who worked there today. I asked her if a dress have sizes 10. She rudely said NO, if it’s not on the shelf it’s not there! I went to Glassons just before I went to Dotti, that sales girl went above and beyond to find what I need. This store need to teach their staff how to provide customer service.

   Customer service was appalling! The two ladies working in the store on Sunday 2 July morning were most unhelpful and I was accused of bullying one of them when I asked why their steamer was still broken after they said 'it had been broken for some time.' The coat I wanted to buy was creasesd and I know these creases don't just line-out on their own so iIasked if they could possibly give the coat a quick steam once I had purchased it.... and then was told that wasn't an option as the steamer was out of action!!! Come on Dotti, you need all the customers you can get in this current climate.

Always smiling and always a Hello each time I have gone in Manukau Store. Thank you to the manager Krystina for helping me out with my outfits when I need them. Highly recommend this store.
