    I walked into the store just to browse, and immediately noticed that the woman who may have been the manager (with an English or Irish accent) was following closely behind me, straightening up everything I touched. There were no other customers in the store or one may have walked in and she didn’t say a single word to me. I seriously don’t know why people work in these types of roles if they pick and choose who they want to be nice to I’m giving this review two stars instead of one because the other woman who eventually served me was nice.

    I would like to share my experience at your store. Upon entering with my children, they began running around, and before I could intervene, the staff member at the counter addressed them in a very abrupt and discourteous manner. While I understand the need to ensure safety and order in the store, I believe there is a more polite and constructive way to communicate such concerns, especially when dealing with children. It would be beneficial for your customer service staff to approach such situations with more professionalism and kindness. Thank you for considering this feedback.

    Grandma was approached by assistant. Who was very rude to her.Where is your mask. Not can I help you,do you mind putting on your mask.And after she put on no help. No wonder we all do online shopping. Wont be back.
