I dealt with Eugene and Aaron for a few years before finally making the decision to buy and they supported me through all stages of that process.    My wife and I are a young couple from west Auckland and have just SETTLED on our FIRST HOME with the expert advice and guidance of Galina from Twine Financial Advisors!!! At the start of this journey, we didn't know if we were in a position to buy a house (and in Auckland) until we had our opening call with Galina who took time to understand our situation and goals before running the numbers. In our experience, Galina was professional, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in the property and the banking sector. This led to her securing us a pre-approval with only a 10% deposit and being able to point us in the right direction when it came to structuring the loans. All up this process took us 6 months before we finally found the property that was right for us and I thank Galina for her patience and perseverance in dealing with us.    Dylan and Eugene have been amazing. I made a call in 2021, and without anything in it for them, they gave advice freely, knowing my loans were not up for renewal for 2 years. I have stayed in contact throughout this time, with plans, changed plans and continual changed plans, and they were totally professional and give sound advice. Still nothing in it for them. Today, we have refinanced with the best rate I have seen around and they got me a bank manager (now a dying thing) but they did it. I am extremely impressed with their service, communications, support and most importantly their honesty. I have recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for finance or any financial advise and will continue to do so. I am so grateful for all they have done and continue to do. Thanks so much.
