   Best mechanics, trustworthy, honest and so incredibly helpful. On Tuesday my car broke down, I contacted Autofix one hour left till they closed and I got there 15 minutes before closing time. From the second I arrived they were so welcoming and helpful and were immediately looking at the car, turned out that one of the coils had given out. They replaced the coil for me with a second hand one and never charged me for it because the part was second hand and not new. My car works great now, my Mum told me about Autofix as they have been incredibly helpful with her car and they have also done an amazing job fixing her car at a really reasonable price. I have booked my car service in with them and will now always be booking my car into Autofix in future for any issues/services and WOF's. Thank you Autofix, your Auto repair business is truly above the rest and thank you for your kindness and honesty. I would highly recommend Autofix to everyone.

They carefully explain the symptoms, what needs to be fixed, and the cost involved so that you know exactly what is going on with your car. What I appreciated most was how they suggested the best and most practical solution without putting unnecessary financial pressure on me.    A friend recommended Albany Autofix, so I decided to give them a try. Other shops said the whole part needed replacing, but Albany Autofix fixed only the faulty sensor at a fair price. The shop is small, but don’t judge by the size or looks. The team is very professional and skilled. They explained everything clearly and did honest work. I trust them fully and will send my family and friends there from now on. Great service and great people.

   Went in to get a WoF done recently. Was told i needed a ton of suspension work with multiple key parts that were broken and dangerous + 2 new tires and was looking at paying over $1500 for the work. It sounded a bit suspicious as he told me a story of how his uncle used to own one of these and the suspension always goes on them, so i took it down to the VTNZ, turns out it was all lies and it failed on 3 light bulbs. Suspension was fine and all the tires were well within the limits, good in fact. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay for things that don't need doing, if they even get done at all. Scam.

   Called up early in the morning to see if they could check my car out that had just broke down. Within an hour of dropping my vehicle off my alternator had been replaced. AMAZING service and a great price. Years ago, my partner needed a tow rope and at another stage tools and these were leant to him with trust and no charge. HIGHLY recommend this company. Will keep returning here for all mechanical needs.
